Advice
The death of someone you love, especially if it is unexpected, is very hard to bear. All kinds of emotions come up inside, from the moment you first realise the person has died, and then later, as the reality of the situation sinks in. You may find yourself with emotions you don't expect - anger or apathy for example. You may find yourself feeling very tired or you may become active and organised with arrangements for the funeral.
These changing reactions to death are common and it is widely accepted that it is best not to let your feelings about the situation bottle up inside. Instead it is better to show your emotions and talk about the situation to friends and relatives.
